Our first product focuses on the risk of blindness caused by Diabetes and more accurately, the damage inflicted through undiagnosed or late diagnosed Diabetic Retinopathy.

Our story

It all started with an idea! An idea by our founder, Dr Vasiliki (Vicky) Somaraki, to bring about positive change through the application of machine learning AI.

With extensive experience of over 18 years in the NHS – accessing real patient data, and developing tools that assist renowned clinical professionals to improve diagnosis and prediction, we have the expertise and ability to develop tools that will help professionals to save and improve lives.

Founded in 2018, with 30+ years of combined experience in HealthTech, V &V Health Innovations was set up with the aim of becoming one of the leading providers of digital AI solutions to both private and public sector healthcare professionals.
